The older Daikin which was previously installed had done its day after many years of working. Repairs being too costly, the client went with the updated model being the Cora. Mounted up high on a wall bracket meant the walkway is completely free for access.
Previously installed was a Breezeair evaporative unit which was about 30 years old. The unit was very corroded and falling apart. We replaced it with a new Coolbreeze air conditioner with a 10 year warranty. The dropper and flashing kit was replaced and an extra vent added into a bedroom.
Here we replaced an old Coolbreeze evaporative air conditioner with the updated model. The previous unit was about 20 years old and was due for an upgrade. Reusing the existing flashing and drain, the new unit went on without issue and even matched the colour of the roof.
