The old Fujitsu split system was on its last legs and the owner opted to replace it with a new Mitsubishi split system. This unit is much quieter and a whole lot cheaper to run than the previous unit.

The previous Hitachi ducted air conditioner in the original location had been hit with a power surge and fried the compressor. Due to the cost of repair with the old unit, the owner opted with replacing the unit with a new Mitsubishi Heavy Industries ducted. Reusing all vents, ducts and zoning this was a fairly straight forward swap. An insurance report was completed and the owner was only left with a bill for excess. Couldn't be happier!
