Here we have a swap out of an old Coolbreeze to the new updated version. The client opted for a new unit as the old had an expensive repair bill. All the original ducting and vents were reused and the new unit comes with a 10 year manafacturers warranty!
During a recent renovation, the owner contacted me to install air conditioning throughout the house. Originally ducted was the plan but after a site visit this was not possible due to a very restricted roof space. We went for independent split sytems installed in all the bedrooms and the living area. The outdoor units are installed on wall brackets and you can note that they are not right up against the eaves. We see this a lot but this will void all manafacturer warranty. Do it right the first time.
This unit was installed in a rental in Victoria Park. The owner wanted something that would cover a bedroom and lounge area in one hit. The rooms opened into the other via a doorway therefore the unit was installed inline so the air could push into the next room. The tenants and owner were very happy with the result.
