The previous Hitachi ducted air conditioner in the original location had been hit with a power surge and fried the compressor. Due to the cost of repair with the old unit, the owner opted with replacing the unit with a new Mitsubishi Heavy Industries ducted. Reusing all vents, ducts and zoning this was a fairly straight forward swap. An insurance report was completed and the owner was only left with a bill for excess. Couldn't be happier!

We had to work on a tight schedule with this unit. The house was sold and settlement was in 2 days. The previous unit was not operational and required replacement. Managed to get them up and running with a brand new Rinnai split system for the new owners.
