This is a 7kw Samsung split system which was installed in Piara Waters. Due to the room having space restrictions and open plan, the location of where it could be positioned was limiting. It was fitted on an internal wall with a side access for the pipework connecting the outdoor unit. Its visible in the picture that the unit is not pushed right up against the wall and has some clearance. This is for serviceability and some duct cover hides any pipe or cabling.

The Coolair evaporative aircon pictured is one which had been replaced in Canning Vale. The previous Breezeair unit was approx 30 years old, very much corroded and falling apart. This change over required a replacement dropper as the previous one was rusted out. The new plastic droppers will no longer have that issue. This unit is also covered by a 5 year warranty.
