LEADING AIR NEWS

A government building near Perth had some severe storm damage where water leaked inside the building from the roof damaging ceilings, carpets, walls and air conditioners. We had 3 units to swap out in this office which included 2 x 9.5kw Daikin split system and another Daikin 3.5kw. The two larger Cora R32 units were covering a board room. These air conditioners have some real punch and were perfect for the large area. The 3.5kw Cora was added to a smaller office area upon entry.

With Winter well and truly upon us, those gas heaters and log fires have been getting a workout. With 10 years experience in service and repair of gas fires and heaters, you can now book in with us. This includes a wide range of heaters from Everdure, Regency, Osburn, Rinnai... the list goes on. A yearly service is a great option to check for gas leaks and carbon monoxide levels as well as giving it a service to ensure it is operating correctly.

During the recent storms, we had an influx of calls from the Ellenbrook area where air conditioners were failing to operate, flashing up error codes or doing nothing in general. This was one of those instances where the storm had caused a power spike to the air conditioner. In turn it had taken out the main control board and the compressor. A quick insurance report later and we have the authorisation to replace the air con due to parts no longer being available. Installed here was a 14kw Mitsubishi Heavy Industries unit that comes with a 5 year warranty and a $400 cash back for the winter promotion! The client couldn't believe the difference in sound level from the rattly old Bonaire to the new Mitsubishi.
