This Daikin split system was installed in the master bedroom of the house in Forrestfield. The outdoor unit had to be at the correct height for the clothes line to clear it when closed. This 2.5kw Daikin will cool and heat the 15 square metre room all year round.
This Mistubishi Heavy Industries unit was replaced in Bentley and located in a bedroom. It was replaced with an older split system that failed and parts were no longer available. Due to the age and condition of the previous unit, the wall bracket also had to be replaced. The previous unit was professionally decommissioned and removed by us prior to installation of the replacement.
This Braemar evaporative air conditioner, which we installed in Success, is where we have replaced only the air con itself. The dropper is reused from the previous unit and all ducting and vents are also reused. This saves on a lot of money when those parts are still in good condition. A new wall control, wiring loom and electrical cable is replaced which is covered by a 5 year manufacturers warranty.
