As seen in the picture, there is a very old in wall air conditioner which had been servicing the main living area for many years. A new Mitsubishi Heavy Industries split system was installed to replace the old unit. Installed up on a wall bracket to keep it out of the garden bed the new unit is much more efficient than the previous unit.
The clients made the right choice by getting in before the summer rush. Previously installed was an older Bonaire air conditioner. We opted to replace it with a Coolbreeze while reusing the ducting and vents. This unit comes with a 10 year warranty.
The old Fujitsu split system was on its last legs and the owner opted to replace it with a new Mitsubishi split system. This unit is much quieter and a whole lot cheaper to run than the previous unit.
