The difficulty with mounting outdoor units onto a roof is the weight and logistics in getting it up there. Here we had to swap out an old ducted air conditioner where the previous condenser had been roof mounted. The client wanted the outdoor in the same position so we organised a hiab to do all the heavy lifting! The new Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 12.5kw system was a great help before the heat kicked in.
The clients previous LG split system had stopped operating and required replacement. The existing unit was roof mounted and they wanted the new unit to be in the same position. The roof bracket was in good condition so all we had to do was replace the cabling and pipework to get the new Mitsubishi up and running. Client was very happy with the installation and how quiet the new unit is compared to the old LG.
This client had a rental property in Ellenbrook where he wanted to air condition the bedrooms. The bedrooms were small therefore we went for 2kw Mitsubishi Heavy Industry split systems in all 3 rooms. Ultra quiet and economical with their new Avanti range of wall splits. They were all back to back installations with all the units on independant power circuits.
