Previously installed was a Breezeair evaporative unit which was about 30 years old. The unit was very corroded and falling apart. We replaced it with a new Coolbreeze air conditioner with a 10 year warranty. The dropper and flashing kit was replaced and an extra vent added into a bedroom.
