The previous Mitsubishi air conditioner had a good run at 20+ years old. We replaced it with a new Fujitsu unit which is physically smaller and quieter unit plus being a lot more efficient. The customer was elderly and it was important to have a wall control that is very simple to use. We set it up so everything is on automatic and he only had to press the on/off button.
