We had a brand new block of units located in Beckenham where the bedroom required air conditioning. The installation was straight forward and the client went with the new Daikin Cora range of split systems. These are a very efficient air conditoner with a built in eye to recognise when you have left the room. As the bedroom was small in size, the 2kw option was perfect.
