This Braemar evaporative air conditioner, which we installed in Success, is where we have replaced only the air con itself. The dropper is reused from the previous unit and all ducting and vents are also reused. This saves on a lot of money when those parts are still in good condition. A new wall control, wiring loom and electrical cable is replaced which is covered by a 5 year manufacturers warranty.

This Mitsubishi Heavy Industries unit is a small split system which was required for a bedroom at an apartment in Victoria Park. The power rating of this unit was small enough that it could plug into a power point in the bedroom . This is a very quiet unit and also comes with a 5 year warranty.
This is a 7kw Samsung split system which was installed in Piara Waters. Due to the room having space restrictions and open plan, the location of where it could be positioned was limiting. It was fitted on an internal wall with a side access for the pipework connecting the outdoor unit. Its visible in the picture that the unit is not pushed right up against the wall and has some clearance. This is for serviceability and some duct cover hides any pipe or cabling.
